What does Anime Prints sell?

We sell anime-inspired lamps, figures, display stands, props, decor pieces, kits, gifts, and custom shelf builds. Ready-made products are listed in the shop, and custom ideas can be requested separately.

Are these ready to ship or made to order?

Some products are ready-made drops and some are produced in small batches. Custom orders are made after the concept, size, finish, price, and timeline are confirmed.

How do custom orders work?

Send your reference images, preferred size, product type, finish notes, and deadline. We review feasibility first, then share pricing and timeline before production starts.

Payment and shipping

Which payments are supported?

Online payments are processed through Razorpay, including the UPI, card, and netbanking options currently made available by Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is not available.

How much is shipping?

Standard India shipping is Rs. 99. Orders above Rs. 1499 qualify for free shipping during launch.

How long will delivery take?

Most ready-made orders process in 2-3 days. Estimated delivery is usually 5-7 days after dispatch within India. Custom work can take longer depending on the build.

Returns and support

Can I return a product?

Eligible ready-made products may be reported for return within 5 days of delivery. Custom orders are non-returnable except for a confirmed production defect or transit damage. Anime Prints covers return shipping for an approved return.

What should I do if an item arrives damaged?

Report the issue within 5 days of delivery and keep all packaging. A clear unboxing video showing the sealed package and the damage is mandatory so we can review the claim and arrange the correct next step.

Can I cancel an order?

No. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed, so please check the product, quantity, delivery details, and total before completing payment.

Will I receive a GST invoice?

Anime Prints is not GST registered at launch, so a GST tax invoice is not issued. Your order confirmation and payment record remain available for the purchase.
