What can be customised?

Custom orders are best for display lamps, figures, shelf risers, name plates, props, themed gifts, and setup-specific accessories. We review each idea for print feasibility, strength, finish, and display use before accepting it.

What to send

• Reference images or a clear theme direction.
• Approximate size, color preference, and where the piece will be displayed.
• Whether you want a lamp, figure, stand, prop, kit, or gift piece.
• Any deadline, budget range, or shipping city.

Timeline and approval

Simple custom requests may be quoted quickly, while detailed builds need extra review. Production starts only after the scope, price, payment step, and expected timeline are confirmed.

Important note

Custom work is made specifically for your request. Orders cannot be cancelled after placement, and custom products are non-returnable except for a confirmed production defect or transit damage. If a design cannot be produced safely or cleanly, we will suggest a simpler alternative before the order is placed.
