By placing an order with Anime Prints, you agree to provide accurate contact, shipping, and payment information. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if required information is incomplete or incorrect.
Products and availability
Product photos, colours, and sizes are shown as accurately as possible, but small variations can happen with handcrafted and finished pieces. Availability may change during small-batch drops or custom production.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Online payment is processed through Razorpay and Cash on Delivery is not available. Anime Prints is not GST registered at launch and does not issue GST tax invoices. Custom orders may require confirmation or advance payment before production starts.
Custom orders
Custom pieces are accepted only after feasibility, scope, price, and expected timeline are confirmed. Custom products are non-returnable except for a confirmed production defect or transit damage reported within 5 days of delivery with the required proof.
Shipping, returns, and damage
Ready-made items usually process in 2-3 days and delivery is estimated at 5-7 days after dispatch. Eligible return or damage issues must be reported within 5 days of delivery. A clear unboxing video is mandatory for damage claims. Anime Prints covers return shipping for approved returns. Orders cannot be cancelled after placement. Intellectual property and references
Custom reference material is used to understand the requested style, theme, or display direction. Anime Prints may decline work that cannot be produced safely, cleanly, or responsibly.

Custom orders
Custom requests are confirmed only after size, color, design, price, and estimated timeline are agreed. Some requests may be declined if they cannot be produced reliably.
Returns
Damage or defect claims must be reported within 2 days of delivery with a clear opening video showing the issue during unboxing.
Store credit
Approved refund cases are handled as 100% store credit unless Anime Prints chooses another resolution for the specific case.
